Due to the current circumstances surrounding COVID-19 we are not accepting any returns or exchanges.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Effective December 12, 2020, until further notice, Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are temporarily suspending our return and exchange policy on all Products (creams, oils, linen etc.)"

All sales are final. We accept returns or exchanges for product damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.

It’s no secret that the coronavirus has resulted in economic consequences, as well as health consequences, for countless individuals.

We want to do our part to limit the spread of COVID-19 and protect our customers and employees. We also do not wish to sell you clothes that someone else wore.

    CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
    Yes you can, we have a 24 hr cancellation policy. You are allowed a purchased order to be canceled within 24 hours, a full refund will be processed to the original form of payment. You can email us supportstaff@richroyals.com for any order cancellations inquiries.
